What is the Partou Academy?
The Partou Academy is a structured, values-driven approach to onboarding, leadership development, and continuous learning. The Academy is broken down into three key areas of learning opportunities:

Following the merger of Just Childcare and All About Children in 2023, Partou’s ambition is to streamline their apprenticeship provision to create stronger and collaborative relationships with best-in-class apprenticeship providers.
As part of these plans, Lifetime will deliver apprenticeships to teams in the Midlands, South of England and Nursery Support Centre, alongside Realise Training who will support teams in the North. With joint intentions to evolve Partou’s apprenticeship strategy, together we will focus on career progression and leadership development via impactful apprenticeship programmes to support Partou’s journey of growth and excellence.
It’s good news for those looking to build a career in early years. Partou will aim to have an average of 1 apprentice per nursery room and vacancies will be advertised via their Apprenticeships Job Board all year round.
