We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and communications activity. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is curious, eager to learn, and ready to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
While skills are important, we are looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to take initiative. Attitude is critical. This role requires someone who is naturally proactive, takes ownership of their work, and is always looking for ways to improve the output and impact of our marketing efforts.
You will be involved in a wide variety of tasks and no two days will be the same. We need someone who is adaptable, comfortable with change, and committed to keeping pace with the demands of a dynamic business.
Key Responsibilities
Content coordination and scheduling:
● Support the preparation, formatting and scheduling of daily communications through HubSpot, including posts for LinkedIn, Twitter/X and Bluesky.
● Ensure each post includes trackable links and is optimised for engagement and performance tracking.
Campaign and project support:
● Assist in the development and execution of campaigns across our service lines, including insights, publications and industry commentary.
● Support the segmentation and sourcing of relevant audiences for campaign outreach and email marketing.
Events and industry tracking:
● Monitor relevant industry conferences and events and help keep our internal marketing calendar up to date and aligned with campaign plans.
Content and design contribution:
● Conduct first-line reviews of thought leadership pieces to support clarity, tone and structure.
● Assist in drafting short-form content such as blogs, social copy and insights.
● Use Canva to support the design and layout of marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency.
Marketing systems and process improvement:
● Help ensure that HubSpot is effectively configured for marketing use and aligns with our sales pipeline.
● Contribute ideas for improving workflows and staying ahead of emerging marketing trends.
Brand and website management:
● Support the ongoing maintenance and consistency of branded materials across platforms.
● Help with basic website updates including uploading content and ensuring resources are kept current.
