Adult Care Workers are the frontline staff who help adults with care and support needs to achieve their personal goals and live as independently and safely as possible. Learners will grow their skills, behaviour and knowledge within their role.

  • Required to support adults with their daily care and support health and well-being?
  • Required to support individuals with specific needs?
  • Do/will you have appraisals or meetings with your manager where you discuss your personal development in your role?
  • Required to handle information within your workplace and contribute to care plans and daily notes?
  • Are you able to communicate with people with a variety of communication needs?

  • Two modules specific to your care setting (pathway)

Please note, you'll need to be employed to learn on one of our apprenticeships, and your manager will need to authorise this (as it's your company who pay for the programme!) so please ensure you have their consent to enrol before you proceed.
