Who is it for?

People who manage or lead projects, plan the time, cost and quality of a project, identify risk or opportunity, maintain schedules and plan implementation.

Blended delivery

1-1 facilitated learning sessions with Management Development Coach (remote), 8 x Group Webinars, and Self study via online learning platform - Aptem.

End point assessment

Written project report with presentation and questioning, and Professional discussion underpinned by a portfolio of evidence.

Duration

14 months + end point assessment
