  • Work with children ages 0-5 years in a full or sessional day care setting?
  • Does your setting work with EYFS? (Early Years Foundation Stage)
  • Have children that you are responsible for e.g their well-being, EYFS assessments or providing teaching and learning?
  • Act upon own responsibilities in relation to promoting the welfare of children?

Key information

Who is it for?

For those working in the private or public sector wishing to plan and supervise child-initiated and adult-led activities.

Blended delivery

1-1 facilitated learning sessions with Lifetime Learning Coach, face-to-face and remote teaching, and self study via online learning platform - Aptem.

End point assessment

80 minute observation with questioning, and 90 minute professional discussion.

Duration

14 months + end point assessment

Please note, you'll need to be employed to learn on one of our apprenticeships, and your manager will need to authorise this (as it's your company who pay for the programme!) so please ensure you have their consent to enrol before you proceed.
