For Managers working in a hospitality establishment who are seeking to develop their business, people and customer relation skills whilst motivating a team.

Blended delivery

1-1 facilitated learning sessions with Lifetime Learning Coach, face-to-face and remote teaching, and self study via online learning platform - Aptem.

End point assessment

90 minute online test with 35 questions, 9,000 word business project, and 90 minute professional discussion.

15 months + end point assessment

  • Responsible for leading and managing a team in a hospitality outlet, department or store?
