For Team Members that provide support to management teams, supervise service and run shifts.

Blended delivery

1-1 facilitated learning sessions with Lifetime Learning Coach, face-to-face and remote teaching, and self study via online learning platform - Aptem.

End point assessment

Multiple choice test, Practical observation. Professional discussion, and Business project & 30 minute presentation.

14 months + end point assessment
