- Required to support adults with their daily care and support health and well-being?
- Are you recognised as a lead practitioner within the care team? – If yes then the Lead Practitioner
L4 could be more suitable.
- Allowed to lead, guide & mentor other members of staff e.g. help with new starts?
- Do/will you have the opportunity to supervise and lead a shift and support training of others?
- Required to contribute to the ongoing review of support plans? e.g identifying a need for change
- Required to create or develop risk assessments to support individuals when a change occurs?
