Supports L&D professionals to develop their understanding of workbased training, delivery project skills, soft skills and legal obligations while enhancing awareness of how L&D aligns to business objectives.

  • Take ownership to adapt and change delivery programmes within your business?
  • Does your role include individual and team KPI’s, in line with your company policy, values and standards, which you are expected to take the initiative to meet?
  • Provide solutions, advice and support to stakeholders and the wider organisation?
  • Able to analyse data accrued in a variety of formats from HR and L&D employee interactions?
  • Does your role allow you to support with change management?
  • Does your role allow you to shadow and support other teams in the business, such as HR and Senior Operations teams?

Added value

  • For an additional commercial fee, Lifetime can offer the CIPD Level 3 Certificate in People Practice.
  • The CIPD certificate is completed after EPA and takes 3-6 months. The CIPD student membership required to complete the CIPD certificate is non funded - £98 plus £45 joining fee

Key information

Who is it for?

Practitioners who support the L&D function, complete training delivery projects, design and deliver training and analyse the value of training

Blended delivery

Open cohorts commence bi-monthly (Closed employer cohorts available - 8 minimum), 1-1 sessions with Lifetime L&D Coach (remote). 2 x online group showcases to prepare for Assessment, and Self study via online learning platform - Aptem.

End point assessment

Written Work-based project with 60-minute professional discussion, and 20-minute Learner journey presentation with Q&A.

13 months + end point assessment

Please note, you'll need to be employed to learn on one of our apprenticeships, and your manager will need to authorise this (as it's your company who pay for the programme!) so please ensure you have their consent to enrol before you proceed.
