The role of the Leisure Duty Manager is to manage the day to day front line operation of a leisure facility. Providing visible leadership to a diverse range of staff such as lifeguards and receptionists.

  • Responsible for managing a team of at least 2 people on a regular basis?
  • Required to plan, organise & manage the rotation of staff?
  • Required to support the development of your team and the individuals within it?
  • Required to monitor customer service and deal with complaints?
  • Required to report and feedback to your general manager about issues, performance & events?
  • Required to monitor budgets and finances in your role?
  • Required to manage and support sales targets in your role?
  • Accountable for the day-to-day running of your facility?
