Retail Managers are responsible for delivering sales targets and a positive experience to customers that will encourage repeat custom and loyalty to the business. Learners will develop excellent leaderships skills and in depth knowledge on the market place.

Key information

Who is it for?

For anyone managing a store or leading a large retail team including other managers.

Blended delivery

1-1 facilitated learning sessions with Lifetime Learning Coach, face-to-face and remote teaching, and self study via online learning platform - Aptem.

End point assessment

2 hour written exam, 30 minute presentation of completed business project with Q&A, and 1 hour professional discussion.

14 months + end point assessment

Please note, you'll need to be employed to learn on one of our apprenticeships, and your manager will need to authorise this (as it's your company who pay for the programme!) so please ensure you have their consent to enrol before you proceed.
