Retail Team Leaders are a critical support to managers, guiding and coordinating their team to complete tasks. Learners will develop a range of excellent retail team leader, customer, product and industry relevant knowledge, skills and behaviours.

  • Required to develop your own knowledge and skills and those of your team?
  • Do you lead a team that deals directly with customers on a regular basis?
  • Required to carry out 1-2-1s and appraisals to support your team to achieve their targets, objectives and quality standards?
  • Required to oversee stock handling, merchandising and sales operations?
  • Does your role involve the use of technology on a regular basis?
  • Responsible for overseeing business and financial related matters in your role?
  • Responsible for ensuring applicable legislation including equality and diversity is implemented and followed on a regular basis?
