Retailers assist customers with the purchase of products and services which requires a good understanding of the stock being sold. With this apprenticeship, learners will develop a range of excellent customer, product and industry relevant knowledge.

Who is it for?

For those who work in a variety of shops and other retail establishments i.e. supermarkets and department stores.

Blended delivery

1-1 facilitated learning sessions with Lifetime Learning Coach, face-to-face and remote teaching, and self study via online learning platform - Aptem.

End point assessment

2 hour 30 mins of observation with questions, and 1 hour interview underpinned by a portfolio.

13 months + end point assessment

Please note, you'll need to be employed to learn on one of our apprenticeships, and your manager will need to authorise this (as it's your company who pay for the programme!) so please ensure you have their consent to enrol before you proceed.
